Cheryl O. Roth, CPA

Cheryl O. Roth, CPA, Director, joined the Firm in January 1994 after three years in the audit department of Arthur Andersen & Co. Cheryl is primarily responsible for the supervision and review of commodity pool and investment partnership audits. Cheryl also has extensive experience in SEC reporting matters and is responsible for reviews of Forms 10-Q, 10-K and S-1 for our SEC clients.
